KIMBERLY DOTSON BROWN is the founder of Keep It Moving, LLC, a coaching and consulting practice and an adjunct professor at Lincoln University.  Kimberly offers 20+ years of leadership experience in Accounting, Legal Operations, and Human Resources.  She spent her entire corporate career working for The Vanguard Group, a financial services firm.  While at Vanguard, Kimberly led a diverse range of individuals ranging from entry level employees to leaders of leaders.  She also led technical specialists and soft skill trainers. Towards the latter part of her corporate career, Kimberly led the organization’s global MBA leadership development program for high potential employees.

Kimberly’s formal education includes a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lincoln University, an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator certification.  Her professional coaching certification training was obtained through the CaPP Institute. Throughout her life, Kimberly has demonstrated her dedication to helping others achieve their goals, learn how to bounce back from obstacles and live authentically.  Kimberly’s clients are better served because of her ability to draw upon her intuition, business acumen, and extensive leadership development expertise.    Kimberly resides in New Castle, Delaware with her teenage son, Christopher.
